It seems that everyone’s jumping on the Korean skincare band wagon. And, I can see why. Many of the products are effective, the packaging is adorable, and a lot of them aren’t badly priced. It can be difficult to use Korean products to find a skincare routine that’s right for you. It took me forever to find my easy Korean skincare routine, but when I did, it was completely worth it. That’s why I went through and wrote down the best Korean skincare products I have so you can have an easy Korean Skincare routine as well.
For my easy Korean Skincare Routine, I tried to find products that were affordable and that worked for my oily skin. Luckily, many drug stores started carrying Korean products. I can just pick something up from the drugstore on my way home from work and don’t have to make a trip out to an expensive mall. My skin is oily, so if yours is too, it’ll work better for you than if you have any other skin type. Though, we recommend trying out our Easy Korean Skincare Routine with any skin type.
Easy Korean Skincare Routine: Cleanser
First, let’s talk about washing your face for the Easy Korean Skincare Routine. One of my favorite Korean cleansers has to be the Skinfood Rice Brightening Scrub Foam. It’s only $14 and can help people who have acne-prone skin. It contains vitamin E which can help prevent the signs of aging while healing the effects of outside damage. One of the other main ingredients is linoleic acid. And, not only does it cleanse, but it also gently exfoliates your face at the same time. It’s basically an all in one cleanser because it also moisturizes your face and softens it.
Easy Korean Skincare Routine: Toner
Next, we’ll talk about tones on our list for the Easy Korean Skincare Routine. My skin tends to get red and irritated sometimes. That’s why the Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner is one of my favorites. It keeps your skin hydrated and healed easily. And, you can get a giant bottle of it on Amazon for only $20. It contains lavender oil, hyaluronic acid, and beta-glucan. So, it’s perfect for soothing sensitive skin. Another benefit is that it’s alcohol free.
Easy Korean Skincare Routine: Moisturizer
Then, we’ll get into moisturizers for the Easy Korean Skincare Routine. As for moisturizers, I constantly see myself reaching for Missha’s Super Aqua Ultra Water-Full Clear Cream. It contains baobab tree extracts and glacial water while having no oil or alcohol. My skin drinks it right up and it helps to control my oiliness. It keeps my skin hydrated without making it look greasy, especially around my nose and forehead. You can get it from Soko Glam for $26.
Easy Korean Skincare Routine: Mask
Next on our list for Easy Korean Skincare Routine is masks. Picking a mask was extremely hard for me as there are so many that I love. But, I think I need to go with the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask. It smells just like summer and keeps my skin looking hydrated. And, you can use it as either a sleeping mask or as a 10-minute treatment. It keeps your skin looking bright and hydrated for days after you use it. My skin hasn’t looked oily since I added this to my weekly routine. It’s a little spendy, I have to admit. You can also get it at Sephora for $45. If you want more information on masks, we talk about other Korean skincare masks here if you’d like to expand your options.
