Zesty Lemon Apple:

  • 2 Lemons (Peeled)
  • 4 Apples
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Water

There are full juice cleanses that require you to solely drink juice for all three meals in the day. But, we’re not really sure how well those will work. We worry about the serious calorie deficit.
